About the role

  • Projektkoordinator overseeing customer projects and backoffice administration in Viessmann Climate Solutions. Ensuring customer satisfaction through project management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • You take on the back-office administration for the Commercial Unit D‑CH.
  • You conduct project-specific customer consultation meetings.
  • You take over projects upon order intake and support customers throughout the entire project phase.
  • You implement concepts together with customers and partners.
  • You operate the ERP system and procure materials internally and externally.
  • You produce hydraulic and electrical schematics as well as system documentation.
  • You coordinate project progress and work closely with internal stakeholders.
  • You hand projects over to After-Sales and close them from a sales perspective.

Requirements

  • Qualification as an HVAC project manager or a comparable technical HVAC qualification.
  • Excellent HVAC and heat pump knowledge; basic knowledge of fossil systems.
  • Knowledge of the Vi product portfolio.
  • Very good German; French is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience.
