Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience in solutions sales, preferably in a technology or industrial environment.
Understanding of process automation landscape.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in B2B sales and account management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
