- Help to refine and improve the reliability of our hardware across our customer network.
- Maintain and upgrade infrastructure and deploy new equipment on-farm when required.
- Deliver exceptional service and support to our customers.
- Collaborate with hardware, product, and customer success teams.
Requirements
