About the role

  • Junior Operations Manager assisting founders with Longevity Partners in launching a conference. Involve in logistics, team coordination, and online event product development.

Responsibilities

  • Take on a wide range of responsibilities
  • Set up processes, help build the website and social media presence, support other departments, coordinate with different teams, manage administrative tasks, and more
  • Help run day-to-day operations with the founders, taking initiative and performing various tasks as needed to launch the conference, including logistics, coordination, and other necessary activities
  • Help develop a masterclass product to engage speakers and sponsors in online events

Requirements

  • Prior experience in operations, business development, consulting, or a similar field
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
