Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring our systems are operating efficiently
- Resolving technical issues quickly
- Helping to refine and improve the reliability of our hardware across our customer network
- Oversee the upkeep and repair of Halter’s infrastructure
- Diagnose any issues with our hardware and feed this information back to the relevant team
- Provide critical on-site support during farm deployments if needed
- Collaborate with all of the Halter teams to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes
Requirements
- Practical, hands-on experience with tools, electrical work, construction, networking, or equipment fitting is a must!
