Requirements
- Proven ability to analyse policy issues to identify key risks
- Proven ability to lead major pieces of work and provide strategic and influential advice to senior management or government on key policy issues
- Proven ability to identify, build and maintain strong networks and relationships with stakeholders to achieve objectives
- Strong people leadership skills
- Tertiary qualifications in public policy, economics, commerce, law or a related field
