About the role

  • Leiter für Gas Dienstleistungen und IH-Management bei HanseGas in Greifswald, verantwortlich für Teamführung und Prozessgestaltung im Bereich Instandhaltungsmanagement.

Responsibilities

  • You lead a team responsible for designing business processes for HanseGas services and for maintenance management, and you act as the disciplinary manager of the “Netzbetrieb Region Ost” team.

  • You provide your team with an inspiring vision, bring motivation and energy to the team, and serve as a role model for our values.
  • You strategically develop the competency team “Services and Maintenance Management” and, together with your employees, are responsible for successfully expanding the business in line with Operational Excellence.
  • You are part of the HanseWerk Group leadership team and actively contribute to the further development of corporate processes and culture within the HAW Group.
  • You act as a link to our partner companies and are actively involved in budget and maintenance planning within your area of responsibility.
  • You are part of the on-call team for first-response to incidents at facilities and gas networks, as well as biogas feed-in plants.

Requirements

  • You hold a (technical) university degree in engineering, a master craftsman qualification, or an equivalent qualification.
  • You have professional experience and sound knowledge of the technical regulations and regulatory frameworks applicable to an energy network operator.
  • Customer orientation is second nature to you; you naturally view things through the customer’s perspective.
  • Customer satisfaction is your motivation and your top priority.
  • You develop great people: you are a strong coach, support employees in their personal development, and provide open feedback.
