About the role
- Contract Manager at BAM overseeing building maintenance contracts and improving service quality for various clients. Responsible for client relations, team coordination, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van onderhoudscontracten bij diverse klanten;
- Je combineert technische kennis met servicegerichtheid en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt;
- Je onderhoudt proactief klantrelaties, breidt werkzaamheden uit binnen contracten en zorgt voor heldere rapportages richting klant en management;
- Je adviseert over verbeteringen en verduurzaming;
- Je schakel tussen klant, interne teams en leveranciers om servicekwaliteit en continuïteit te waarborgen;
- Je bewaakt het financiële aspect van contracten en adviseert klanten over het doorontwikkelen van onze dienstverlening;
- Je ziet toe op efficiënt preventief onderhoud en een snelle afhandeling van storingen.
- Ook begeleid je projectwerkzaamheden zoals vervangingen en verduurzaming en stem je grotere werken af met je collega's van de afdeling projecten.
Requirements
- Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als contractmanager, bij voorkeur in beheer & onderhoud van gebouwgebonden installaties en bouwkundige elementen
- Leidinggevende ervaring in contractmanagement
- Achtergrond in bouwkunde of installatietechniek
- Kennis van en ervaring met prestatiegerichte contracten is een pre
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, in woord en geschrift
- Benodigde certificaten zoals VCA-VOL en bij voorkeur relevante aanvullende cursussen/opleidingen
- Reisbereidheid binnen de regio Limburg, Brabant.
