About the role

  • Senior Director leading Sales & Customer Engagement for Teva Canada, managing a 50-member team. Collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

  • Set strategy, develop and execute plans to grow generics retail sales, drive engagement and enhance customer operations, including service, demand planning, and analytics
  • Work closely with internal functions to ensure alignment on strategies, objectives and customer needs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ~50, with a focus on the national retail sales and corporate accounts groups, delivering business critical business analytics and reimage customer engagement models
  • Set sales goals, monitor performance, and drive initiatives to achieve revenue growth and successful product launches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of sales leadership in pharmaceuticals (preferably generics), with strong knowledge of the Canadian retail pharmacy market
  • Progressively evolving leadership experience managing functions in one or more relevant area business area (marketing, product management, customer service, supply chain etc.)
  • Strong strategic and operational skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional sales teams and drive business success and innovation
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and drive change
  • Up to date knowledge of current and emerging technology and data within the industry and understands its implications from a competitive standpoint
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual in French & English preferred.
  • Knowledge of English is required for this position to communicate with clients, partners and internal teams located outside of Quebec.
