About the role

  • German speaking GTM Marketing Manager driving market growth for a leading AI-driven tender management firm. Focused on establishing presence in DACH region through strategic relationships and product positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Launch GTM Strategy and plan for product roll out in DACH.
  • Work closely with commercial data team to identify entry points, messaging and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, industry experts, partners and key decision-makers.
  • Represent Tendium at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, sales, customer success and creative marketing to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure pricing and packaging model matches customer willingness to pay and market expectations.
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to analyze launch performance and key metrics.
  • Stay up to date on trends in public procurement, AI, and B2B SaaS.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience from similar roles
  • Native or fluent German
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with or understanding of B2B SaaS environments
  • Commercial background within marketing, sales, or related revenue-focused role.
  • Good knowledge of public procurement system in DACH & Europe (nice-to-have)
  • A completed degree in business administration or comparable education (nice-to-have)
