About the role
- Senior Trading Manager responsible for the commercial efficiency of new customer acquisition in the UK. Collaborating with teams to optimise sales channels and drive trading performance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the commercial efficiency of new customer acquisition trading KPI, from sale through to connection and bill payment
- Optimise the sales channel mix through both online (direct / affiliate) and agent channel sales
- Develop online sales growth opportunities; create, execute, and optimise online trading plans
- Own online acquisition conversion and new customer margin KPI
- Drive sales operations to improve agent sales channel conversion rates
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with affiliate partners
- Track content changes, campaigns, banners and their impact on click-through rates and acquisition sales
- Ensure acquisition web pages are up to date with the correct offers, banners and product/brands
- Align online strategy with Paid, Display, Social, and Affiliate marketing strategies
- Interlock with online development squads on roadmap development
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to change the end-to-end sales journey
- Experience in optimising the sales channel mix through online and agent channel sales
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive changes to online content to support positioning of offers and other promotional activity
- Highly organised and numerate
- Excellent communication and collaborating skills
- Prepared to make decisions and recommendations for improvement
