Responsibilities
- Eagers Automotive currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at EasyAuto123 in Joondalup.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
- In order to reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to: Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded; however, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those that have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply!
- Used car sales experience (desirable but not essential)
- Manual Drivers Licence
- Must be self-motivated and goal driven
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets as well as perform well in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
- Hold full Australian working rights
