- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Provide professional, responsive service to technicians, service advisors, and customers

- Strong attention to detail and product knowledge
- Confidence using electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A team-focused approach and willingness to support a multi-brand operation
- Experience across multiple automotive brands is highly regarded but not essential
