About the role

  • Accounts Clerk & Administrator supporting busy administration and finance functions at Preston Toyota. Contributing to efficient workflows and accurate processing within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process EFT payments and banking transactions accurately
  • Process various financier and external payments/refunds
  • Support new and used deal processing
  • Support AP and AR functions
  • Assist with reconciliations weekly and for EOM
  • Support the wider administration and finance teams to improve efficiency
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as directed by department leadership

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of automotive industry processes highly regarded
