Responsibilities
Process EFT payments and banking transactions accurately
Process various financier and external payments/refunds
Support new and used deal processing
Support AP and AR functions
Assist with reconciliations weekly and for EOM
Support the wider administration and finance teams to improve efficiency
Complete ad hoc tasks as directed by department leadership
Requirements
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
Basic accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of automotive industry processes highly regarded
