Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.
  • Align marketing efforts with business objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to execute on the development and finalization of marketing initiatives.
  • Acquire market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and input defined metrics for marketing activities in applicable areas on defined schedule.
  • Keep marketing projects on track, allocate resources efficiently.
  • Working with the content team, ensure messaging is reflective of the buyer’s journey stage and target audience.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget including spend and invoice processing.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or advertising.
  • Minimum of three years marketing experience in a corporate environment, advertising, or media agency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Resourceful, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology such as email marketing platforms like Marketo an asset.
  • Strong marketing automation experience with the ability to build, optimize, and report on automated journeys using platforms like Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar martech.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret dashboards, identify trends, and translate insights into clear marketing actions.
