Responsibilities

Requirements
Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or advertising.
Minimum of three years marketing experience in a corporate environment, advertising, or media agency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Resourceful, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
Hands-on experience with marketing technology such as email marketing platforms like Marketo an asset.
Strong marketing automation experience with the ability to build, optimize, and report on automated journeys using platforms like Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar martech.
Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret dashboards, identify trends, and translate insights into clear marketing actions.
