- ServiceNow APM Developer configuring Application Portfolio Management and integrating with other modules. Supporting ServiceNow implementations for leading organizations.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and activating Application Portfolio Management (APM).
- Integrating APM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAM
- Developing Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of development languages: XML, HTML, CSS, Java, and Java Script.
- Experience working in ServiceNow platform as an Admin & Developer.
- Experience in development of Service Catalogs, implementing ACLs, transform maps, Flows via flow designer, client scripts, CMDB health metrics.
- ServiceNow administration experience in Service Catalog, CMDB & Discovery, Service Portal, Workflows, Dashboards, REST APIs.
- Prior working experience on APM module is desirable.
