About the role

  • Senior Sales Representative managing clients in aerospace, manufacturing, and retail in Montreal. Driving new client acquisition and supporting existing accounts for strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for clients, as well as account plans/activities to achieve sales targets
  • Work with Capgemini business lines to create shared ownership, goals, and execution plans when multiple business lines are involved in projects
  • Lead and collaborate with teams of professionals who will deliver world-class services to our clients
  • Contribute to the development of offers that are specific and unique to Capgemini

Requirements

  • More than 15 years of experience in technology consulting and outsourcing
  • Ability to contribute with a strong network of CXO-level relationships in the client market for new client acquisition and account expansion in the Montreal market
  • Strong experience in SPIN selling and demonstrated business acumen in selling IT solutions — Applications, Infrastructure, Data/AI and Agentic AI, BPO, Engineering, PLM, SCM, MES
  • Management of governance and client relationship for sold services to drive strong account growth, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators
