About the role

  • PR Account Executive delivering impactful PR and influencer marketing campaigns for beauty and lifestyle sectors. Collaborating with teams to execute strategies across assigned client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key execution lead on assigned accounts, taking ownership of specific PR components or campaign elements from brief through delivery.
  • Work closely with account managers and account directors to turn strategy into concrete actions while ensuring smooth, on-time execution.
  • Independently execute PR campaigns once briefed, including media pitches, follow-ups and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Write compelling media pitches, press releases and briefing documents that generate relevant coverage and align with clients’ objectives.
  • Serve as a client contact, under supervision, participating in client calls, status updates and strategic discussions.
  • Support the planning and execution of launches, press events and high-impact activations, including on-site presence when required.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to ensure accurate brand representation and proactively share results with the team.
  • Maintain and enhance media lists, ensuring accuracy, relevance and strong relationships with key contacts.
  • Identify emerging trends, media opportunities and cultural moments, and propose ideas that strengthen campaigns.
  • Produce monthly and campaign-specific reports that include clear insights, performance metrics and outcome summaries.
  • Keep PR tracking and reporting tools up to date with rigor and consistency to ensure optimal campaign visibility for all teams.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant public relations experience, gained in an agency setting or through a combination of internships and full-time roles.
  • Comfortable in a transitional role—able to execute independently while valuing collaboration and receiving guidance.
  • Strong pitching experience, with demonstrated ability to create targeted, engaging proposals that resonate with media.
  • Experience managing portions of campaigns or accounts, including client communications.
  • A bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or a related field is an asset but not required; diverse backgrounds are valued.
  • Excellent written and spoken French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong team player with grit, a sense of responsibility and genuine ownership of your work.
  • Curious, proactive and motivated to grow, with a desire to deepen expertise in PR and influencer marketing within beauty, fashion and lifestyle sectors.
  • Comfortable with agency life, including occasional evening hours or event-based work.
