About the role

  • Sales Executive tasked with driving growth by acquiring and activating new merchants for Bosta's logistics solutions in Egypt.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct meetings and product demos with prospective merchants to present Bosta’s solutions effectively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Gather market insights on customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings to enhance team strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and Operations teams to ensure seamless merchant activation.
  • Proactively contribute feedback and ideas to improve sales processes and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or technology-driven services.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive, energetic approach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and growth-oriented — aspiring to advance into a Senior Sales Executive role.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Google Workspace.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
