Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for queries and service requests.
Coordinate delivery of products and services, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Support account planning activities, including reporting and tracking performance against agreed objectives.
Prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and updates.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work independently or with senior colleagues to progress them.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to resolve issues and deliver excellent client experiences.
Requirements
Experience in account management, client service, or administrative support (insurance or financial services experience is a plus).
Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with Salesforce is desirable.
Willingness to travel.
