About the role

  • Human Resources Business Partner supporting HR missions and management guidance at Capgemini Engineering. Engaging with colleagues and contributing to diverse HR projects within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supported by the HR teams, you will take part in a variety of assignments related to HR monitoring, manager support and cross-functional projects.
  • Update HR tracking tables (career progression, teams, leave, compensation);
  • Analyze HR data to support action plans;
  • Monitor apprenticeships and internships with a view to conversion to permanent contracts;
  • Support facilitation of group sessions for managers;
  • Assist with onboarding and monitoring of apprentices and interns;
  • Support managers with professional interviews and training.
  • Analyze internal survey results and contribute to action plans;
  • Participate in HR discussions with employees (career paths, individual situations).
  • Contribute to welcoming new employees;
  • Organize internal events;
  • Create presentation materials for HR projects.
  • Draft HR letters and meeting minutes;
  • Assist in organizing HR reviews;
  • Participate in HR drop-in sessions, initially paired and progressively independently.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a Master’s-level program (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources and wish to apply your knowledge in a stimulating and demanding environment.
  • You are known for your rigor, organizational skills and your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and methodically.
  • With strong analytical skills and a high degree of autonomy, you can react quickly to unexpected situations and exercise sound judgement in decision-making.
  • You are recognized for your listening skills and communication (oral and written), adapting your style to your audience.
  • You are proficient with office tools, notably Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), and comfortable using digital HR management tools.
