Responsibilities
Supported by the HR teams, you will take part in a variety of assignments related to HR monitoring, manager support and cross-functional projects.
Monitor apprenticeships and internships with a view to conversion to permanent contracts;
Support facilitation of group sessions for managers;
Assist with onboarding and monitoring of apprentices and interns;
Support managers with professional interviews and training.
Analyze internal survey results and contribute to action plans;
Participate in HR discussions with employees (career paths, individual situations).
Contribute to welcoming new employees;
Organize internal events;
Create presentation materials for HR projects.
Draft HR letters and meeting minutes;
Assist in organizing HR reviews;
Participate in HR drop-in sessions, initially paired and progressively independently.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a Master’s-level program (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources and wish to apply your knowledge in a stimulating and demanding environment.
You are known for your rigor, organizational skills and your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and methodically.
With strong analytical skills and a high degree of autonomy, you can react quickly to unexpected situations and exercise sound judgement in decision-making.
You are recognized for your listening skills and communication (oral and written), adapting your style to your audience.
You are proficient with office tools, notably Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), and comfortable using digital HR management tools.
