About the role

Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Energy & Utilities, with significant focus on Energy Transition, Renewables, and/or BESS
- Exposure to digital solutions for energy management (e.g., smart grids, IoT, AI in energy)
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management or a related STEM area
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, sector-specific energy certifications) are advantageous
- Fluent in Italian and English; an additional language is a plus
