About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist creating and refining sales materials for client meetings. Collaborating with teams in an international environment supporting sales-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the repository of sales materials (boilerplate, presentations, references)
  • Collect and organize customer references and success stories
  • Ensure consistency and quality of materials
  • Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for bids, client meetings and other sales-related contexts
  • Provide support for customer visits and sales-related events (logistics, coordination)

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Good command of English and German (min. B2)
  • Experience or strong interest in marketing and sales support activities
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet non-negotiable deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
