About the role

  • Customer Service Advisor providing technical support and processing orders for Superglass and Sterling at Etex. Engaging with customers via phone and ensuring high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic technical information on Superglass and Sterling products and services and process all purchase orders accurately and effectively.
  • Monitor and answer all telephone enquiries in a friendly, professional manner, including questions regarding prices, quotations, and price lists.
  • Monitor and address all customer complaints promptly and empathetically in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure stock availability and prompt delivery of all customer orders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working within a customer-orientated environment in a customer-facing role.
  • A strong service mindset with a “customer first” attitude.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong workload management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload appropriately.
  • A team player who communicates through empathy and care.
