About the role

Responsibilities
- Being responsible for the day-to-day management of the client’s Accounts Receivable portfolio.
- Ensuring the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service.
- Applying fundamental collection techniques and adjusting collection strategies.
- Negotiating and implementing payment solutions with clients.
- Developing strategies and solutions for problematic customers.
- Regularly assessing all collection management controls and procedures for change and improvement.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous experience in Finance / Accounting (preferably Accounts Receivable Collections) or a related financial function.
- Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English.
- BA / MA in Finance preferred, but we’re open to other academic backgrounds.
- ERP system & MS Excel knowledge.
- Good analytical skills, attention to details and ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
