About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Act as a key interface between business, IT, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues proactively, and ensure quality assurance before and after implementation.
- Support change, adoption, and communication activities to ensure business value realization.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of project delivery methods, tools, and best practices within Group IT.
- Work in a global context with stakeholders from different countries and cultures.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in complex, decentralized, or multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
- Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish is meritorious
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ADKAR) are meritorious
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise system implementations is meritorious
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is meritorious
