Responsibilities
Overall technical responsibility for development projects in the field of electrolysis systems – from the concept phase to series production readiness
Responsibility for technical product and project objectives while ensuring quality, schedule and budget compliance
Management of the technical development team and coordination of development partners
Development of system architectures and technical concepts for new product generations
Support of requirements analysis; ownership of product specifications and test strategies
Identification of technical and organizational risks and development of mitigation strategies
Presentation of project status, risks and decisions to top management and stakeholders
Close collaboration with related areas such as production, procurement, testing and certification
Requirements
Completed degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
Several years of experience in the product development of complex plant systems – ideally in hydrogen technology or renewable energies
Strong knowledge of the product development process and requirements-based systems development (Requirements Engineering, Systems Engineering)
Proven experience in technical project management and working with interdisciplinary development teams
Leadership skills, interpersonal awareness and sensitivity to team dynamics
Confident communication at top-management level and experience in stakeholder management
Knowledge of green hydrogen or related technologies such as Power-to-X or fuel cells
Ideally experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and tools such as IBM DOORS or Polarion
Conceptual and strategic thinking, with a structured and analytical way of working.
