About the role

  • Clinical Director overseeing clinic operations and managing clinicians to ensure quality autism treatment services. Leading clinical team objectives, performance standards, and client intake processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and manages the operations and administrative functions of the clinic.
  • Directly supervises, mentors, and coaches clinicians.
  • Responsible for the performance and results of the clinical team, ensuring high quality services.
  • Develops and communicates clinical team objectives and sets performance standards.
  • Engages with new clients during the intake process.
  • Monitors and addresses employee turnover and satisfaction.
  • Ensures clinical staff are aware of all policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with a minimum of 400 hours of hands-on training in providing ABA services directly to children and/or adults with autism under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a human services discipline and at least 2,000 hours of training or supervised experience in behaviorally based therapy models.
  • Must be legally authorized to perform psychotherapy, with either a Master’s Degree in one of the behavioral sciences who has at least 400 hours of training or supervised experience.
  • At least five years’ experience as a Lead BCBA, Supervisor or Senior Therapist implementing behaviorally based techniques.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Must display energy and creativity.
