Requirements
- Extensive experience in transport strategy, tolling policy, or motorway planning and operations
- Demonstrated capability in developing policy and reforms
- Strong background in traffic modelling, demand analysis, and data-driven strategy development
- Expertise in applying political, economic, social, technological, and industry trend analysis
- Proven ability to build and sustain effective relationships across agencies, industry, and community
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in transport planning, economics, public policy, or related discipline
