Responsibilities
Lead the product strategy for our public-facing web presence
Ensure the journey from prospect to customer is seamless, personalized, and frictionless
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a tailored, digital front door by leveraging customer data
Focus on optimizing the initial stages of the journey to reduce unintended friction
Instill a culture of rapid experimentation by utilizing incremental builds to test hypotheses, learn quickly, and scale what works
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital experiences
Experience building personalized web experiences, including experimentation to optimize for conversion
1+ year of experience in growth product management, digital marketing technology, or top-of-funnel customer acquisition
