About the role

  • HR Business Partner Manager for Campari Group enhancing talent and business performance in Brazil. Leveraging HR expertise in Commercial, Trade, and Marketing teams and fostering a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic Senior HR Business Partner for Commercial, Trade, and Marketing teams
  • Lead Talent Management initiatives across Brazil
  • Support Rewards and Employee Relations functions
  • Conduct organizational assessments and recommend solutions
  • Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and performance management
  • Oversee Training & Development programs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data
  • Support initiatives that strengthen culture and employee engagement

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the beverage or FMCG industries
  • Proven track record in Talent Management
  • Demonstrated expertise in Rewards and Employee Relations
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS systems
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
