Responsibilities
Act as a strategic Senior HR Business Partner for Commercial, Trade, and Marketing teams
Lead Talent Management initiatives across Brazil
Support Rewards and Employee Relations functions
Conduct organizational assessments and recommend solutions
Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and performance management
Oversee Training & Development programs
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities
Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data
Support initiatives that strengthen culture and employee engagement
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in Human Resources
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in the beverage or FMCG industries
Proven track record in Talent Management
Demonstrated expertise in Rewards and Employee Relations
Strong proficiency with HRIS systems
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
