Responsibilities
Responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for a brand or group of brands in the market
Work across functions including Area, supply, sales and finance to develop and execute successful commercial plans
Manage initiative development and activation of any local brands in the portfolio
Follow the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepare analysis based on data
Develop recommendations and action plans accordingly
Generate and propose business development initiatives (BDIs) based on consumer, shopper and market understanding
Work with Trade Marketing Team in the implementation of the store-format activation plans
Responsible for the development of Management Trainee
Work with Sales Team to create customer presentations
Requirements
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering
Minimum 4-5 years brand management experience gained in FMCG
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
