Account Management role supporting Sales processes for clients in DACH region at consulting firm Campana & Schott. Focus on customer journey and internal collaboration with teams.
Responsibilities
You support our Account Managers in the DACH region in their day-to-day activities and actively contribute to the efficient organization of our sales processes.
When creating and adapting proposal documents, you ensure our Account Managers can respond to customer inquiries quickly and with excellent quality.
You conduct research on customers and technology trends and prepare management presentations.
By managing tender processes (RFP/RFQ management), you actively contribute to the company’s success.
In addition, you professionally guide our clients through their customer journey using our CRM.
As a team player, you work closely with colleagues from our Microsoft Alliance Management and the Inside Sales team.
You think ahead and are happy to contribute to internal projects.
Requirements
Commercial vocational training or a university degree, e.g., in business administration or marketing
Initial professional experience in a similar role
Strong service and customer orientation with high-quality standards and attention to detail
Very confident with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of a CRM system
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment of collaboration—both within the team and with clients
