About the role

  • Account Management role supporting Sales processes for clients in DACH region at consulting firm Campana & Schott. Focus on customer journey and internal collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

  • You support our Account Managers in the DACH region in their day-to-day activities and actively contribute to the efficient organization of our sales processes.
  • When creating and adapting proposal documents, you ensure our Account Managers can respond to customer inquiries quickly and with excellent quality.
  • You conduct research on customers and technology trends and prepare management presentations.
  • By managing tender processes (RFP/RFQ management), you actively contribute to the company’s success.
  • In addition, you professionally guide our clients through their customer journey using our CRM.
  • As a team player, you work closely with colleagues from our Microsoft Alliance Management and the Inside Sales team.
  • You think ahead and are happy to contribute to internal projects.

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training or a university degree, e.g., in business administration or marketing
  • Initial professional experience in a similar role
  • Strong service and customer orientation with high-quality standards and attention to detail
  • Very confident with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of a CRM system
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment of collaboration—both within the team and with clients
