Responsibilities
Support the strategy definition for each Professional Services sub-category
Manage RFIs and RFQs aligned with HR, Marketing, Communication, Legal and Finance roadmaps/business needs
Manage contract renewals and renegotiations
Identify, propose and implement Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) initiatives
Work closely with regions (EMEA/NORAM/LATAM/APAC) to define and implement regional strategies, with the support of regional purchasing managers where relevant
Ensure supplier follow-up through regular business reviews
Report on purchasing performance and savings
Contribute to Calderys’ sustainability targets and generate sustainability-driven initiatives
Collaborate closely with key business and corporate functions
Manage and optimise the end-to-end purchasing process
Demonstrate strong legal knowledge related to Professional Services (contracting models, legal frameworks linked to workforce supply, temporary workforce cost structures, auditors, personal data management, etc.)
Effectively influence, collaborate and partner with business leaders across regions to drive results
Animate the Purchasing community at regional level on Professional Services initiatives, including ongoing project reviews and communication on new tools and contracts
Develop and deliver internal training sessions to enable local purchasers to become autonomous in Professional Services topics
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in Purchasing
Mandatory background in Professional Services / Indirect Purchasing
Preferably degree qualified in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain
Proven experience in at least one of the Professional Services categories listed above (e.g. consulting, staffing, benefits, payroll, legal, financial services, insurance, marketing & communication services)
Fluent in French and English
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities (multitasking)
