About the role

  • Consultor Comercial de Canais Parceiros providing support and training for partner teams in Brazil's insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Train partner teams through training sessions and on-site visits to enable a qualified approach, with commercial knowledge of products and sales techniques;
  • Establish strategic relationships, mobilizing partners and driving results;
  • Monitor performance, planning and defining tactical actions for the partners in your portfolio;
  • Support identification and servicing of potential clients;
  • Support product retention efforts;
  • Develop and disseminate commercial campaigns;
  • Stay up to date on market movements, products and services, and client and business strategies;
  • Provide support to partners with questions related to our products, services, activities, campaigns, features and benefits;
  • Work to targets;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Must have own vehicle;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Previous experience as an insurance sales consultant;
  • Knowledge of insurance products (Life, Personal Accident and Credit Life/Loan Protection);
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Availability for frequent travel;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Must own a vehicle.
  • **Differentials:**
  • CPA-20 certification;
  • Experience with bancassurance branch/counter operations.
