About the role
- UI/UX Designer creating designs and user flows for automotive software in a hybrid role. Collaborating with a small team on redesigning the CarLiner software solution.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create UI and UX designs for our web and app solutions
- You accompany the entire development process from concept to integration
- You help the team identify users' needs and problems and make them tangible for everyone
- You create use cases, customer journeys, mockups, wireframes, and UI designs for the user interface of our software solution
- You ensure design and functional quality from a usability perspective
- Design and graphical production of our marketing materials
Requirements
- Professional experience in UI and UX design, including concept development and implementation of software applications
- Ability to integrate the two perspectives of UI and UX effectively
- Experience with common tools, e.g., Adobe Creative Suite
- Interest in technical contexts and designing human–machine interfaces
- Creativity in implementing new ideas
- Quick comprehension with technical understanding and a sense for customer-oriented solutions while meeting domain-specific requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Very good German language skills (at least C1–C2 level, as it is the team language)
