About the role

  • Account Manager for Solid Tumor products at BeOne driving sales and physician support in Phoenix area. Manage territory and perform sales-related activities to promote BeOne’s products.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to BeOne's overall sales objective through assigned sales related activities
  • Promote BeOne’s Solid Tumor products through calls on targeted physicians
  • Train and educate physician support staff on the proper use of BeOne’s products
  • Maintain communication and integrate activities with BeOne’s Market Access, Field Reimbursement and Contract Account Teams
  • Identify customer changes and ensure adequate resources are allocated
  • Perform all administrative functions including reporting call activity and customer information
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of issues and opportunities

Requirements

  • B.A. / B.S. with previous pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
  • 8 plus years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, with significant Solid Tumor experience
  • Self-starting, self-managing independent work style
  • Dedicated to making customer service a priority
  • Results oriented with a strategic focus on sales
  • Experience in specialty sales, understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Proven track record of resilience in the face of challenges
