Account Manager for Solid Tumor products at BeOne driving sales and physician support in Phoenix area. Manage territory and perform sales-related activities to promote BeOne’s products.
Responsibilities
Contribute to BeOne's overall sales objective through assigned sales related activities
Promote BeOne’s Solid Tumor products through calls on targeted physicians
Train and educate physician support staff on the proper use of BeOne’s products
Maintain communication and integrate activities with BeOne’s Market Access, Field Reimbursement and Contract Account Teams
Identify customer changes and ensure adequate resources are allocated
Perform all administrative functions including reporting call activity and customer information
Assist in the identification and resolution of issues and opportunities
Requirements
B.A. / B.S. with previous pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
8 plus years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, with significant Solid Tumor experience
Self-starting, self-managing independent work style
Dedicated to making customer service a priority
Results oriented with a strategic focus on sales
Experience in specialty sales, understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Familiarity with CRM software
Proven track record of resilience in the face of challenges
