HR Operations Specialist ensuring efficient HR operations at BURGA. Maintaining HR data and managing documentation for a global powerhouse.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HR documentation, including employee files, employment contracts, amendments, and related agreements.
Prepare, update, and administer employment contracts, ensuring they are accurately stored and easily accessible in HR systems.
Act as an HRIS system administrator by managing employee data updates, workflows, permissions, and reporting.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
Standardize HR document templates to ensure legal compliance, consistency, and efficient HR operations.
Assist in preparing HR documentation and data for internal and external audits.
Support the administration of occupational health and safety documentation, including document uploads, distribution processes, and internal user support.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure HR policies and processes are properly implemented.
Contribute to HR process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support HR data analysis and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
Assist with HR system improvements and future HR/Payroll system change initiatives.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience working with HR systems (HiBob, BSS, or similar HRIS platforms).
Good understanding of labor law principles and HR compliance requirements.
Experience in a manufacturing or construction-related organization within an international business environment would be a plus.
Strong attention to detail, a structured approach to work, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to manage confidential information with a high sense of responsibility.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a can-do attitude, willingness to take ownership, and drive to improve processes and workflows.
Analytical mindset with basic experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
