About the role

  • HR Operations Specialist ensuring efficient HR operations at BURGA. Maintaining HR data and managing documentation for a global powerhouse.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HR documentation, including employee files, employment contracts, amendments, and related agreements.
  • Prepare, update, and administer employment contracts, ensuring they are accurately stored and easily accessible in HR systems.
  • Act as an HRIS system administrator by managing employee data updates, workflows, permissions, and reporting.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
  • Standardize HR document templates to ensure legal compliance, consistency, and efficient HR operations.
  • Assist in preparing HR documentation and data for internal and external audits.
  • Support the administration of occupational health and safety documentation, including document uploads, distribution processes, and internal user support.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure HR policies and processes are properly implemented.
  • Contribute to HR process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support HR data analysis and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist with HR system improvements and future HR/Payroll system change initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience working with HR systems (HiBob, BSS, or similar HRIS platforms).
  • Good understanding of labor law principles and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or construction-related organization within an international business environment would be a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, a structured approach to work, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a can-do attitude, willingness to take ownership, and drive to improve processes and workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with basic experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
