  • Assist in preparation of client quotations
  • Administration of client pricing schedules
  • Entry & monitoring of data in invoicing & CRM systems
  • Purchase order generation, invoice processing & expense claims
  • Processing conference registrations & travel bookings
  • Answering & directing phone enquiries
  • Backup support for front desk reception
  • General administration tasks

Requirements

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail / accuracy
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • A positive can-do attitude, self-driven and highly motivated to succeed.
