Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate communications issued by the Effectors Business Unit, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
Plan and deliver internal events, including site visits, team briefings, and engagement activities.
Oversee administrative support to the Facilities team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all three Effectors locations.
Provide senior-level administrative support, managing complex tasks and processes with minimal supervision.
Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance team efficiency.
Provide dedicated administrative support to the teams based at our Devonport and Ashton sites, helping to ensure efficient and effective site operations.
Support the Head of Operations and wider leadership team with diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior administrative or team lead role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business systems.
Vocational training or equivalent experience in administration or business support.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
