About the role

  • Lead and coordinate communications issued by the Effectors Business Unit, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan and deliver internal events, including site visits, team briefings, and engagement activities.
  • Oversee administrative support to the Facilities team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all three Effectors locations.
  • Provide senior-level administrative support, managing complex tasks and processes with minimal supervision.
  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance team efficiency.
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the teams based at our Devonport and Ashton sites, helping to ensure efficient and effective site operations.
  • Support the Head of Operations and wider leadership team with diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative or team lead role.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting communications, SharePoint management, and/or event planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business systems.
  • Vocational training or equivalent experience in administration or business support.
  • The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
