Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in civil/construction engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical procurement, ideally in residential construction or the construction industry
- Solid knowledge of supplier management and technical understanding of construction materials and construction processes
- Strong organizational skills, cost awareness and negotiation ability
- Team player with an independent and committed working style
- Experience with estimating/quantity-surveying software (e.g. RIB iTWO, BRZ) and MS Office
