About the role

  • Procurement Manager responsible for supplier management and product rollouts for a top design brand. Engaging with stakeholders and ensuring efficient operational processes within the Munich office.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for POS supplier management: building and maintaining partnerships, negotiating terms and coordinating with Design, Marketing and other stakeholders
  • Coordinating product rollouts and orders to ensure timely and efficient market launches
  • Actively contributing to the implementation of the new ERP system and optimizing purchasing and process structures
  • Responsible for POS inventory management, including stocktaking, logistics coordination and invoice verification
  • Handling complaints and ensuring smooth information flow between teams and suppliers
  • Supporting the department head with administrative and organizational tasks as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
  • Initial professional experience in procurement or project management, ideally in a premium or design-oriented environment
  • Analytical thinking, negotiation skills and a strong sense for quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Confident user of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and MS Office
  • Very good German and English language skills
