Responsibilities
- Responsible for POS supplier management: building and maintaining partnerships, negotiating terms and coordinating with Design, Marketing and other stakeholders
- Coordinating product rollouts and orders to ensure timely and efficient market launches
- Actively contributing to the implementation of the new ERP system and optimizing purchasing and process structures
- Responsible for POS inventory management, including stocktaking, logistics coordination and invoice verification
- Handling complaints and ensuring smooth information flow between teams and suppliers
- Supporting the department head with administrative and organizational tasks as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
- Initial professional experience in procurement or project management, ideally in a premium or design-oriented environment
- Analytical thinking, negotiation skills and a strong sense for quality and cost-effectiveness
- Confident user of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and MS Office
- Very good German and English language skills
