Responsibilities
Responsible for POS supplier management: building and maintaining partnerships, negotiating terms and coordinating with Design, Marketing and other stakeholders
Coordinating product rollouts and orders to ensure timely and efficient market launches
Actively contributing to the implementation of the new ERP system and optimizing purchasing and process structures
Responsible for POS inventory management, including stocktaking, logistics coordination and invoice verification
Handling complaints and ensuring smooth information flow between teams and suppliers
Supporting the department head with administrative and organizational tasks as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
Initial professional experience in procurement or project management, ideally in a premium or design-oriented environment
Analytical thinking, negotiation skills and a strong sense for quality and cost-effectiveness
Confident user of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and MS Office
Very good German and English language skills
