- Selection, evaluation and acquisition of new suppliers and subcontractors to optimize quality and costs

- Ensuring timely material availability and supporting site logistics
- Optimizing purchasing processes in close cooperation with estimating, site management and engineering
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical procurement, ideally in residential construction or the construction industry
- Solid knowledge of supplier management as well as technical understanding of building materials and construction processes
- Organizational skills, cost awareness and negotiation skills
- Team player with an independent and committed working style
- Experience with construction estimating/costing software (e.g., RIB iTWO, BRZ) and MS Office
