About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes for the categories under your responsibility, ensuring reduction of total cost of ownership (TCO), price competitiveness, and continuous improvement of supplier performance.
- Strategically manage category portfolios within your area of expertise, identifying and implementing cost-reduction levers, opportunities for asset standardization, specification reviews, expansion and renewal of the supplier base, and ensuring demand predictability through structured planning.
- Lead strategic initiatives for the area, including contract renegotiations, supplier development, and expense optimization projects.
- Implement and refine procurement channels, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to corporate processes.
- Respond to and manage tactical and strategic requests from client areas, in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with voluntary commitments and company guidelines related to sustainability, occupational health and safety, environmental performance, and climate change, promoting continuous improvement aligned with organizational values and purpose.
- Develop and execute market strategies, rethinking company consumption patterns and collaborating with client areas to maximize value and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Required proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and Ariba
- Knowledge of PMO, Agile, and Power BI is desirable
- Experience with engineering and maintenance portfolios is desirable
