Responsibilities
- Holistic and tailored consulting for clients on strategic purchasing and supply chain processes.
- Supporting clients in developing and implementing purchasing strategies, category strategies, supplier strategies, and sourcing and buying-channel strategies to optimize procurement processes.
- Participating in the design, development, and implementation of new processes, especially in technology-driven procurement transformations.
- Developing creative ideas to increase user adoption of new (digitized) processes.
- Analyzing requirements, developing training and communication concepts and materials, and continuously improving the user experience.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in strategic procurement within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Responsibility for at least one category in production materials in the past.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and integration points between SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Ability to understand business processes from the perspective of the company/end users.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel and enjoy working on projects in a national or international project environment.
