Responsibilities
Responsible for the Europe-wide procurement of strategically important hardware for windows and doors
Close collaboration with the Group Procurement team and cross-functional partners
Developing strategic procurement initiatives and innovations across the entire value chain
Aligning procurement activities with our CSR objectives
Designing and implementing international sourcing strategies for window and door hardware
Sustainable cost reduction and continuous optimization of value creation
Conducting demand analyses based on global market and supplier assessments
Ensuring and continuously improving stable supply sources, optimal costs, and high quality standards
Strategically managing and developing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance
Leading negotiations with suppliers at executive level
Monitoring and analyzing procurement and market trends to drive innovation
Requirements
University degree in business administration or a technical field, or an equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in international procurement or product management
Strong industry knowledge in the window and door sector
Strong communicator and team player with excellent networking skills
High level of composure and flexibility when handling dynamic and complex requirements
Strong self-initiative and a high sense of responsibility
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with an analytical, solution-oriented and results-driven working style
Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
Business-fluent German and English skills
