Oversee all Talent Acquisition activities for the region

Continuously enhance processes, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruiter capability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding
Experience with modern Talent Acquisition tools & processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc preferred
Project planning, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Hands‑on, proactive, and service‑oriented mindset
