About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for sourcing talent in North America for MAHLE. Enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience while collaborating across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business results across the region by attracting, identifying, and securing the best talent
  • Apply a modern, targeted recruiting approach
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Provide functional leadership to the regional Sourcing & Recruiting team
  • Oversee all Talent Acquisition activities for the region
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business
  • Continuously enhance processes, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruiter capability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding
  • Experience with modern Talent Acquisition tools & processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc preferred
  • Project planning, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and service‑oriented mindset
  • Social media and digital recruiting expertise
