About the role

- Experience in project management and control, particularly in residential construction
- Confident user of MS Office, MS Project and estimating/tendering software
- Knowledge of VOB; knowledge of HOAI is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills, cost awareness and negotiating ability
- Team player with an independent, proactive working style
