Responsibilities
Design, implementation, documentation, administration, operation, support, tracking and monitoring of complex IT processes with a high level of difficulty

Management and support of the test infrastructure
Developing solutions to optimize and automate operational processes and systems
Assisting with the planning and deployment of IT systems
Project or subproject leadership within the area of responsibility, in coordination with other departments and units
Requirements
Degree or completed vocational training in computer science (or equivalent qualification) and practical experience in system integration
Extensive experience with technologies and methodologies relevant to the area of responsibility
Very good knowledge of UNIX operating systems and familiarity with Microsoft back-office components
Knowledge of databases and/or Unified Communications is advantageous
Experience developing concepts to optimize data center operations
Good written communication skills for presenting complex technical matters (e.g., operations manuals)
