About the role
- Responsibility for methodological and operational questions in D-Trust's process management
- Development and implementation of uniform process standards and guidelines
- Modeling and optimization of business processes in the BPMN tool along defined end-to-end process landscapes
- Analysis and assessment of existing end-to-end processes using modern methods (e.g., Process Mining, LEAN)
- Continuous development of the process and system landscape and support in KPI definition and maintenance
- Management of the optimization of core company processes
- Active participation in cross-functional process and management system meetings (including ISO 9001 compliance)
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree with a relevant technical or organizational focus, or vocational training with corresponding professional experience
- Strong process understanding and knowledge of methods for process optimization
- Practical experience with BPMN tools or similar process modeling tools
- Initiative, ability to work independently, and capacity for strategic and analytical thinking
- Service-oriented and reliable working style
- Communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
